MLS club shows interest in Mohamed Salah

The future of Mohamed Salah remains uncertain. After leaving Liverpool, the Egyptian striker has attracted interest from several clubs, especially in Major League Soccer.

According to The Athletic, Sporting Kansas City is currently the leading American club in the race. The franchise hopes to take advantage of his free agent status to try to convince one of football’s biggest global stars. Struggling this season, Kansas City is looking to strengthen its squad and still has a designated player slot available, which would make Salah’s arrival easier.

However, the former Liverpool striker does not consider MLS his top priority. The 34-year-old wants to continue his career at the highest level in Europe. At the same time, the Egyptian international remains a target for clubs in Saudi Arabia, where a lucrative offer has reportedly already been made. His next move should be revealed in the coming weeks.
