The iconic Mohammed V Stadium in Casablanca will finally reopen its doors this weekend, as Wydad and Raja face off in highly anticipated Round 26 clash of the Moroccan Botola Pro League.

Fans Return After Lengthy Absence

For the 1st time in months, fans of both Wydad and Raja will be allowed back into the stadium after major renovation & modernization works. The derby'll serve as the official reopening of the historic venue adding further significance to one of Africa’s fiercest rivalries.

Shared Organization & Equal Access

In joint statement, Wydad Casablanca announced that both clubs will co host the event. All revenue from the match will be split equally between the 2 sides. Furthermore seating inside the stadium will be divided evenly to ensure fair and balanced representation for both sets of supporters.

Each club'll also be responsible for organizing and managing its respective fan section an arrangement aimed at maintaining order and safety during the high stakes encounter.

Free Access for Season Ticket Holders

Wydad confirmed that fans with club season passes will be granted free access to the derby. Those supporters are required to contact the ticketing company to secure their complimentary match tickets.

Kick off Details

The Wydad vs Raja showdown is scheduled for Saturday 12 April, at 16:00 local time 15:00 GMT, at the refurbished Mohammed V Stadium.
