Once rumored to be leaving just a few months ago, Paul Pogba could ultimately remain at AS Monaco next season.

According to reports from France, Monaco’s management is considering keeping the former French international despite a very challenging 2025-2026 season on the physical front. Hampered by recurring injuries, the 33-year-old midfielder has only played six matches in Monaco colors. This limited contribution fueled speculation about a possible departure.

But internally, the progress observed in recent weeks appears to have changed the club’s perspective. Monaco now believes Pogba can still bring his experience and leadership to the squad. Under contract until June 2027, the former Juventus player now seems set to continue his adventure on the Rock, aiming to regain peak physical condition and take on a more prominent role next season.
