WAC president Hicham Aït Menna confirmed the imminent signing of Hakim Ziyech at Wydad Casablanca and revealed the behind-the-scenes details of this unexpected transfer. "Hakim Ziyech has signed a contract with Wydad until 2027, with an option to extend. Negotiations went smoothly. Ziyech expressed his desire to play for his country, despite several tempting offers from foreign clubs," he told Okaz media.
