Nottingham Forest: Taiwo Awoniyi pushed towards the exit

Is Taiwo Awoniyi living his last months at Nottingham Forest? Slowing down this season, the Nigerian forward no longer seems to fit into the club's long-term plans.

According to TBR Football, Nottingham Forest's management is already considering his replacement. The name Evanilson, a Bournemouth striker, is frequently mentioned. Taiwo Awoniyi, promising upon his arrival, has found the back of the net only once in 23 Premier League matches. Worse still, he hasn't provided any assists. Repeated injuries have hindered his progress, and his impact on the game has become almost non-existent.

Under contract until 2027, the 26-year-old could still find himself on the market if Nottingham manages to secure a new offensive transfer. But his current physical condition might deter suitors. A situation to watch.
