OFFICIAL: Kaizer Chiefs announce their sixth signing for next season!

Continuing the great work that Kaizer Chiefs management is doing in this transfer market, Amakhosi has completed the signing of the outstanding winger Faiz Abrahams, making him the sixth signing of this season.

He's not walking through alone. Alongside him come Thabo Moloisane, Renaldo Leaner, Adolf Mtasingwa, and Langelihle Phili—four new faces all arriving in the same wave. And then there's Khanyisa Mayo, whose story took a slightly different turn: after spending time with the club on loan since January, he's now made the switch permanent, putting pen to paper on a full-time deal.

Faiz Abrahams officially sign with Amakhosi

Age is just a number when it comes to Abrahams. At only 21, he already carries a CV that reads like someone far more seasoned. His top-flight journey began in April 2024, when he stepped onto the Betway Premiership pitch for Stellenbosch FC—a debut that came just 24 hours after he'd blown out 19 candles.

Born in Bishop Lavis, the young attacker's path has been anything but linear. After cutting his teeth with Stellenbosch, he packed his bags for a loan spell in Israel, where exposure to a different footballing culture sharpened his edge. That overseas chapter eventually brought him back to South African soil last season, where he once again donned the Stellenbosch jersey and added to his growing tally of senior appearances.
