Official: Lohann Doucet signs with Vitoria Guimaraes

Lohann Doucet is heading to Portugal. The Burkinabè midfielder has signed a 3-year deal with Vitoria Guimaraes, closing his chapter at Paris FC.

Paris FC and Lohann Doucet have parted ways. On Tuesday, the Parisian club officially announced the permanent transfer of their 23-year-old midfielder to Vitoria Guimaraes. The financial details of the deal have not been disclosed.

Arriving from Nantes in 2023, Doucet first made his mark while on loan. His impressive performances convinced PFC to activate the option to buy for €300,000. In total, he played 69 matches in Parisian colors and contributed to their promotion to Ligue 1 McDonald’s.

But last season marked a setback. The Nantes native was unable to secure a spot in Paris’s new top-flight project and was sent on loan to Dunkerque. Now, he’ll look to relaunch his career in Portugal. A Burkinabè international since March 2026, Doucet will discover Liga Portugal with Vitoria Guimaraes, a club accustomed to European competition.
