OM: it's over for Habib Beye (official)

Olympique de Marseille has ended its collaboration with coach Habib Beye this Tuesday.

Appointed last February and under contract until June 2027, Habib Beye was officially dismissed by the Marseille club on Tuesday. The Senegalese manager struggled during his time on the Olympians' bench, finishing 5th in the Ligue 1 standings and being knocked out by Toulouse (2-2, 3-4 on penalties) in the quarter-finals of the Coupe de France.

Bruno Genesio is expected to take over from Beye at the helm of OM with a new contract running until June 2028.
