Premier League: Gana Gueye's genius saves Everton against West Ham

Senegalese international, Idrissa Gana Gueye, was Everton's savior this Saturday against West Ham in the Premier League. The Senegalese international helped his team avoid defeat in the final minutes of the match.

Everton and West Ham faced off this Saturday on Matchday 29 of the Premier League. The two teams ended in a 1-1 draw after a timid start but concluded with plenty of suspense. It was Thomas Soucek who first opened the scoring for West Ham, surprising Everton.

But this was without counting on the fighting spirit of the Toffees, especially Gana Gueye. It was the Senegalese midfielder who delivered a perfect assist to Jack O'Brien, who scored the equalizer in stoppage time (90+1). In 31 matches, Idrissa Gana Gueye has provided three assists for Everton this season.
