PSG transfer window: three new reinforcements for Luis Enrique
Paris Saint-Germain is actively pushing forward with its summer transfer window in a bid to strengthen the squad, in line with manager Luis Enrique’s ambitions.
After Akliouche and Digne, three new signings on the horizon
Following the official arrivals of Maghnes Akliouche and Lucas Digne, the capital club is now set to finalize three more reinforcements.
The top priority is Ferran Torres. The Spanish striker from FC Barcelona is believed to have reached a verbal agreement with PSG on a five-year contract. Talks between the two clubs are ongoing, and a deal believed to be worth €55 million could be completed swiftly.
Meanwhile, Japanese international goalkeeper Zion Suzuki is edging closer to the French champions. The Parma shot-stopper is expected to join Paris in a deal valued at €35 million, before being immediately loaned out to Juventus.
In addition, PSG continues to negotiate with Ajax Amsterdam for the signing of Belgian winger Mika Godts, a profile highly appreciated by Luis Enrique. The fee for this transfer could reach €60 million.
If all three deals go through, Paris Saint-Germain will have splashed out nearly €150 million to bolster their squad.
