With the city bustling with festivalgoers enjoying the lively atmosphere and traditional fancy dress attire, PSV's embracing the festive mood and encouraging fans to do the same at the stadium.

Official Club Statement
“The match takes place on the final day of the carnival so we expect additional crowds in the city center. To avoid missing any part of the game, we advise fans to arrive on time at the stadium. We welcome supporters to come dressed in carnival attire. However please note that UEFA does not allow full face coverings and in addition, intoxicated visitors won't be permitted entry” PSV stated.
A Red Alternative
For those who choose not to wear costumes, PSV's requested that they wear something red in support of the home team.
