On the sidelines of the 2-0 victory over Curaçao on Thursday during this 2026 World Cup, Yan Diomandé addressed his personal situation.

"My future? Honestly, I don’t know. I’m not thinking about what comes after the World Cup. I’m trying to put all my energy into this tournament. We’ll see what happens next, but I can’t say anything about it right now," the young star told the media.
