On Sunday, Florentino Pérez was re-elected as president of Real Madrid until 2030, defeating Enrique Riquelme. Immediately afterward, the businessman made it clear he intends to push forward with his vision at the helm of the Madrid club.

During his victory speech, Florentino Pérez expressed his gratitude for the support from the socios and vowed to continue defending Real Madrid’s interests. "I am still here. The socios know me. I am here to defend Real Madrid," he declared.

He also highlighted the symbols of Real Madrid’s current dominance, expressing pride in the Santiago Bernabéu, which he called "the best stadium in the world", as well as boasting "the best players in the world." Florentino Pérez also celebrated the anticipated return of José Mourinho, describing him as "one of the best coaches in the world."

"With me as president, Real Madrid has been, is, and will always be the club of its socios," he concluded.
