Real Madrid: Kylian Mbappé's future discussed

Real Madrid president Florentino Pérez has reaffirmed that Kylian Mbappé will not be sold this summer. Despite ongoing rumors and persistent speculation, he assures that the French star will remain in Madrid.

Having arrived on a free transfer in 2024 from Paris Saint-Germain, the 27-year-old Mbappé has already netted 86 goals and provided 12 assists in 103 appearances wearing the famous white shirt. Despite his impressive individual performances, the club has yet to secure a major trophy, missing out on both La Liga and the Champions League over the past two seasons. Some rumors suggest tension in the dressing room and criticism of the forward's attitude, but Pérez remains adamant:

Just look at Mbappé's stats and you'll realize what an extraordinary player he is. He's one of the best players in the world and he will not leave.

His contract runs until 2029. This Sunday, the club will hold a presidential election, with Florentino Pérez facing Enrique Riquelme, an event that could shape the future of the club and its star striker.
