Top scorer at AFCON 2025 but still haunted by a heartbreaking final against Senegal, Brahim Díaz returns to Madrid carrying both gratitude and pressure. The attacking midfielder knows that, despite his impressive statistics in the tournament, a single missed gesture has sparked an emotional debate, overshadowing his otherwise stellar campaign.

At Real Madrid, the message is clear and protective. His coach, Álvaro Arbeloa, was eager to clear up any ambiguity ahead of the trip to Villarreal CF:

"I am really very happy to have him back with us. He has shown his quality here at Real Madrid, just as he did at the Africa Cup."

The coach also highlighted the player's versatility and maturity:

"He is an unpredictable player, capable of giving us a lot in different positions. I feel he's ready to deliver outstanding performances. We will need him, and we will do everything to get the best out of his potential."

A powerful message, aiming to put football back at the forefront.
