Real Madrid: Vinicius Jr drops hints about his future
Vinicius Jr is back at Valdebebas and with Real Madrid after his holidays, having returned this Monday.
The Brazilian winger shared his first impressions with the club's TV channel, as he met the new staff led by José Mourinho. “It went very well. I met the new coach and the new players, and I'm training really hard. Mourinho wants me to stay as I’ve always been: happy, enthusiastic, and playing my own style of football. We need to prepare physically to have fewer injuries during the season and to be able to count on everyone.” he said.

These comments clearly show the player's desire to stay in Madrid, even though he hasn't renewed his contract yet and is being courted by Arsenal. Vinicius Jr then spoke about training: “Double session yesterday, one session today. That's how things are going. Today we did weight training and some small exercises to strengthen our legs. It was a good session and we all left really tired, but now it's time to rest for tomorrow. It's pre-season prep and you have to be ready.”
Madrid daily Marca reports that a meeting is scheduled between Los Blancos and Roc Nation, who represent the Brazilian and Yan Diomandé. With his clear statements about staying in Madrid this season, Vini Jr seems to be moving closer to Real Madrid.
