Salifou Soumah, the Guinean prodigy igniting the European transfer market!

After an exceptional season with Zira FK, Salifou Soumah, the young and talented 21-year-old Guinean winger, has become one of the main attractions of the upcoming European transfer market.

Having left Le Havre in 2023 to try his luck in Azerbaijan, Soumah has exploded onto the scene in the "Old Continent".

With an impressive tally of 11 goals and 6 assists in 30 matches, the Conakry native has established himself as one of the best offensive elements in the league.

His speed, dribbling, and composure in front of goal have greatly contributed to Zira FK's superb second place finish, just behind Qarabag FK.

A profile that attracts Ligue 1

The performances of the prodigy of Guinea's Sily National have not escaped the attention of recruiters. According to Foot Mercato, several Ligue 1 clubs, including three from the top of the table, are closely monitoring his progress.

In Bulgaria (Ludogorets, CSKA Sofia), Ukraine (Dynamo Kyiv), Russia (Spartak Moscow), Turkey (Fenerbahce), and even England (Preston North End), his profile is also attracting keen interest. Gulf clubs are also in the running.

A costly transfer in sight

Valued at €700,000 this winter, Salifou Soumah could see his market value soar this summer. Zira FK, aware of having a highly coveted player, intends to make the most of this situation.

The Guinean winger now seems ready to take a significant step forward and join a more competitive league.
