Serhou Guirassy set to stay at Dortmund?

The future of Serhou Guirassy appears increasingly tied to Borussia Dortmund. While several clubs had shown interest in the Guinean forward, the German side now holds a much stronger position regarding his situation.

The release clause in his contract—which allowed some of Europe's top clubs to sign him for under €40 million—has expired. This means Dortmund can now negotiate directly over any potential offers for their star striker. This shift gives the Ruhr club an advantage as they look to keep hold of a player who has quickly become indispensable.

Despite being courted by the likes of Fenerbahçe, the 30-year-old striker reportedly has little interest in a move to Turkey. The Istanbul club is yet to make an official approach. After reaching a new milestone in his career with Dortmund, the Guinean international looks set to continue representing the Black and Yellows next season.
