Strasbourg sets Guéla Doué's transfer price
This summer, Strasbourg is compelled to sell in these final days of the transfer window. The French club has set its terms for the sale of Ivorian international defender Guéla Doué.
Strasbourg needs to make sales to balance its books this summer. The French side has already pocketed nearly €170 million through the departures of Diego Moreira (€50 million excluding bonuses), Valentin Barco (€40 million), Julio Enciso (€30.5 million), and Abdoul Ouattara (€20 million). With just a week left in the transfer window, the Alsatian club remains open to further departures.

This is especially true for right-back Guéla Doué. The 23-year-old Ivorian still has three years left on his contract, but if a compelling offer comes in, RCSA won't stand in his way. After being linked with Inter following Denzel Dumfries’ move to Real Madrid, Doué saw the Nerazzurri turn their attention to Djed Spence instead.
However, Kicker reports that Bayer Leverkusen is also monitoring the situation, though the deal looks tricky. Strasbourg is demanding €40 million for their defender.
