Tottenham to sign Egyptian International Omar Marmoush until 2031
Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly finalized a deal to sign Manchester City forward Omar Marmoush, securing the Egyptian international on an initial loan featuring a conditional £50 million obligation to buy.

Romano confirms the agreement
According to renowned transfer specialist Fabrizio Romano, the drawn out negotiations have finally reached a positive conclusion.
Romano took to social media on Sunday evening to confirm the breakthrough:
"A verbal agreement has been reached for an initial loan with a buy clause that becomes mandatory under certain conditions for £50 million to sign Omar Marmoush from Manchester City this summer"
He further detailed that Marmoush had been convinced by Tottenham's sporting project several days ago paving the way for the final administrative steps.
The player is now booked to travel for his comprehensive medical examinations on Monday.
Five-Year contract and City legacy
The structure of the player's personal terms has also been completely resolved. According to English outlet TEAMtalk, Tottenham's management and Marmoush's representatives have agreed upon a long term contract that will span five years, keeping him in the capital until 2031.
Marmoush prepares to leave the Etihad Stadium after a successful spell under the reigning champions. Since joining Manchester City from Eintracht Frankfurt in January 2025, the dynamic forward made 62 appearances across all competitions, registering 16 goals and providing 6 assists.
