Trabzonspor president lets slip Onana's future
Back at Manchester United after his loan spell in Turkey, André Onana might not be staying at Old Trafford for long. At Trabzonspor, club officials are increasingly optimistic about securing a permanent transfer for the Cameroonian goalkeeper.
André Onana's future still appears to be tied to Trabzonspor. After spending a season on loan in Turkey and returning to Manchester United, the Cameroonian shot-stopper could be heading back to the Süper Lig sooner than expected.

Indeed, the Turkish club's president, Ertuğrul Doğan, has shown particular confidence about the outcome of the matter.
“I think André Onana will stay. Financially, we have offered him the amount he wanted. The fans appreciate him as well, he's a quality man.”
Furthermore, the club chief emphasized the bond between the player and his surroundings.
“I don’t think he could find elsewhere the kind of interest the city shows him. Therefore, I believe he will stay with the team.”
This statement leaves little doubt about Trabzonspor’s intentions.
