Paul Onuachu's future could soon be written once again in the Premier League. According to Turkish media, Fulham are showing strong interest in the Trabzonspor striker and are reportedly preparing to make a move before the transfer window closes.

Trabzonspor demands €30 million

Last month, Trabzonspor already turned down a €20 million offer from Al-Ahli for their Nigerian international. This time, the club has made it clear they won't consider any bid below €30 million—a fee that could mark a record transfer for the player. According to reports from Turkey, Fulham are getting ready to table an offer in the €25–30 million range.

Paul Onuachu is no stranger to English football, having previously played for Southampton. At 32, the powerful centre-forward could be set for a Premier League return if Fulham can meet Trabzonspor’s financial demands. The London club is on the hunt for an experienced attacking reinforcement and sees the Nigerian international as a profile capable of making a real impact in the box.

Our analysis

By setting Paul Onuachu’s price at €30 million, Trabzonspor is clearly signaling their intent to keep hold of their top striker, unless a major offer comes in. The question remains whether Fulham will meet the Turkish club’s demands to secure the services of the Nigerian forward.
