Transfer: Verbal agreement reached between David Alaba and Udinese!

Austria international David Alaba, formerly of Real Madrid, is closing in on a new adventure in Serie A with Udinese.

According to transfer specialist Fabrizio Romano, the 34-year-old defender has reached a verbal agreement with the Italian club to join as a free agent. The two parties must now complete the final formalities before finalising the deal.

The Italian journalist posted the following message:

The Austrian star represents a top signing for the Italian club, which has reached an agreement with the former Real Madrid defender.

Alaba, 11 trophies with Real Madrid

Having joined Real Madrid from Bayern Munich in the summer of 2021, David Alaba made 131 appearances for the Madrid club and won 11 trophies, including two Champions League titles and two Spanish league titles.

With Austria, the defender has earned 117 caps and scored 15 goals.
