Bernardo Silva is on the verge of signing with Real Madrid. A two-year contract with an option for an additional season is currently under discussion. According to sources close to the negotiations, the deal was accelerated and finalized within just 36 hours by Madrid's management.

Long linked with a move to FC Barcelona, the Portuguese midfielder had also been rumored to be nearing Atlético Madrid in recent days. However, Real Madrid ultimately outpaced their rivals in the final hours of the transfer window. The influence of José Mourinho is also said to have played a significant role in Silva’s decision, with the player reportedly giving his final approval.
