TS Galaxy is still waiting for its new coach!

According to Soccer Laduma, TS Galaxy chairman Tim Sukazi has shed light on why the club has yet to officially announce its new head coach. The Rockets are understood to have reached an agreement to appoint Bosnian mentor Admir Adzem, though the formal unveiling has been delayed — a delay Sukazi has now moved to explain.

The Bosnian is the top candidate to take charge of TS Galaxy

this week that Admir Adzem had emerged as a strong contender for the TS Galaxy hot seat. Club chairman Tim Sukazi has now confirmed that an announcement is simply a matter of time.

Sukazi told Metro FM: "We have reached an agreement with a Europe-based coach. He is still waiting for the date of his visa interview."

He continued: "The situation is such that as soon as he gets the date, he goes for an interview and the next day he will be on the plane to South Africa. We would want to believe that we have picked the right man for the job," stated Sukazi, though he declined to reveal the coach's name.

This publication has however been informed that the coach in question is indeed Adzem. Sukazi further admitted that their former coach Adnan Beganovic was in fact the first choice, as reported by Soccer Laduma recently. The chairman also mentioned that former mentor Sead Ramovic could have been considered, but noted that the Serbian was earning north of R1 million at his recent clubs — a figure TS Galaxy cannot afford.
