UFOA B Women's LDC Qualifiers: The Semifinal Matchups Have Been Announced

The semifinal matchups for the UFOA B qualifying tournament for the 2026–2027 CAF Women’s Champions League have been set. Both matches will take place on September 2 at the Stade du 4 Août in Ouagadougou.

USFA Aims to Build on Its Home Form Against Edo Queens

Burkina’s “Les Colombes” are heading into the match with confidence. The Union Sportive des Forces Armées got off to a strong start with a 3-0 win over Dynamique FC, followed by a 4-0 victory against ASKO de Kara. Two games, two wins, and they’re atop Group A.

Meanwhile, Edo Queens of Nigeria has impressed on offense. They won 7-0 against AS GNN and 3-1 against ASEC Mimosas. Their only loss was a 1-2 defeat to Ampem Darkoa on the final matchday. The Nigerians are looking to bounce back.

Ampem Darkoa, the team to beat, takes on Dynamique FC

The Ghanaians have a perfect record. Ampem Darkoa Ladies have won all three of their matches: 1-0 against ASEC, 4-0 against AS GNN, and 2-1 against Edo Queens. The 2023 champions are doing everything right.

Dynamique FC of Benin, on the other hand, qualified in a different way. They lost 0-3 to USFA, drew 0-0 with ASKO, and failed to score a single goal in two matches. But their goal differential was enough to advance. It’s their first time in the tournament, and they’ve already reached the semifinals.

The winners advance to the final. And only the champion will earn a spot in the 2026–2027 CAF Women’s Champions League.
