Cristiano Ronaldo scored against Al Najmah to extend his record as the Al Nassr player to score against the most teams in the Saudi league.

Ronaldo adds another chapter in Saudi Pro League

Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo continues to build his legacy with Al Nassr after reaching new milestone in the Saudi Pro League.

Ronaldo started for Al Nassr in the postponed Matchday 10 fixture against Al Najmah on Wednesday evening. The Portuguese forward opened the scoring early converting a penalty in the seventh minute to give his side the lead.

The goal was Ronaldo’s first ever against Al Najmah who are competing in the Saudi top flight this season.

Record against Saudi teams

With that strike, Ronaldo added new name to the list of teams he has scored against in the Saudi Pro League. He has now found the net against 22 of the 23 team he has faced in the competition.

This achievement makes him the Al Nassr player with goals against the highest number of different teams in league history.

Chasing another historic mark

Ronaldo is now targeting another landmark. He aims to become the seventh player to score against 23 team or more in the history of the Saudi Pro League.

At 41 year old, the Portuguese forward continues to deliver at a high level and remains one of the league’s most decisive players.

Season in numbers

So far this season, Ronaldo has played 25 match in all competitions with Al Nassr. He has scored 22 goal and provided three assist.
