Cristiano Ronaldo opened the scoring for Al Nassr against Al Hazem reaching a major milestone in the Saudi Pro League.

Ronaldo strikes early in Riyadh

Portuguese legend Cristiano Ronaldo continued his remarkable scoring run after finding the net for Al Nassr against Al Hazem in the Saudi Pro League.

Al Nassr hosted Al Hazem on Saturday as part of matchday 23 of the league. Ronaldo gave his team the lead in the 13 minute finishing calmly to put the hosts ahead early in the match.

A Historic personal milestone

With his strike against Al Hazem, Ronaldo reached 500 goal scored between the ages of 30 and 41, an achievement rarely seen in modern football.

The goal also took his career total to 963 goal, across club and international football.

Ronaldo continues his pursuit of a historic target, 1,000 career goals.
