As reported on social media, an Ecuadorian woman posted a video with Lionel Messi to make a close friend—an ardent fan of the Argentine star—happy. However, this gesture proved costly, as her employer believed she should never have shared the video and decided to terminate her contract.

On Instagram, she shared her story and received thousands of supportive messages from all over the world. "I fulfilled my friend's dream: Lionel Messi greeted him. Unfortunately, this video cost me my job. God's timing is perfect, something better awaits me," she wrote.
