Wilfried Zaha: two options to relaunch his career

Wilfried Zaha has still not found a new club, several months after the end of his spell at Galatasaray. At 33, the Ivorian winger is reportedly considering two possibilities in particular to continue his career: joining Lazio or signing for Al-Ain FC, according to reports from 225foot.

Lazio, an option in Serie A

The Italian option would allow Zaha to discover Serie A. Lazio is reportedly monitoring his situation, with the player a free agent. A potential agreement would give him the opportunity to return to a major European league and target a place at a club capable of qualifying for a continental competition next season. For now, however, no official agreement has been announced.

The other option is in the United Arab Emirates. Al-Ain FC is also reportedly interested in Wilfried Zaha and could offer him attractive financial terms. The choice between these two destinations will depend in particular on the player's sporting ambitions and the concrete proposals made by the interested clubs.

A new chapter after Galatasaray

Zaha joined Galatasaray in 2023. In the Turkish club's colors, he made 43 appearances, scored 10 goals and provided 5 assists. He also helped the club win the league title during the 2023-2024 season. In recent years, the winger has also played on loan at Charlotte FC, in Major League Soccer.

Now a free agent, he must choose the next step in a career marked by several spells abroad. Lazio and Al-Ain are therefore reportedly among the options being considered, but Wilfried Zaha's situation remains open pending possible progress in the discussions.
