Will Nico Paz return to Real Madrid?

Nico Paz’s future appears set to unfold away from Madrid, at least for another season. While Real Madrid had considered bringing their young talent back this summer, the player is ultimately expected to remain at Como.

After delivering convincing performances in Italy, the 21-year-old Argentine wants to continue his development at a club where he enjoys the trust of his coach and regular game time. Como’s participation in the upcoming Champions League is also a major draw for the attacking midfielder.

For their part, Real Madrid do not seem in a hurry to bring him back. The Madrid board are reportedly willing to wait another year before activating their buy-back option, convinced that this extra experience will benefit his development. Unless there’s a last-minute change, Nico Paz should continue his rise in Como’s colors for the upcoming season.
