Cameroon struck early in the 7th minute through Kiki Meva. But the Cameroonian lead was short-lived, as Nigeria responded in the 32nd minute when Chiwendu Ihezuo nodded home a precise cross from Rinsola Babajide to level the score at 1-1. Before halftime, Babajide made her mark again, finding the net in the 43rd minute to give the Super Falcons a 2-1 edge going into the break.

At the start of the second half, Nigeria continued their total dominance. In the 64th minute, Michelle Alozie put the final nail in the Lionesses' hopes, sealing the third goal for a 3-1 scoreline.
This double-header friendly truly lived up to its billing, sparking excitement for both teams as they gear up for the Women's Africa Cup of Nations kicking off on March 17 at Morocco's stadiums.
