World Cup 2026 (Q): Ghana puts on a show against Chad
The Black Stars gave Chad no chance this Friday. In Accra, Ghana triumphed 5-0 and took the lead in Group I of the 2026 World Cup qualifiers. A resounding victory, achieved with seriousness and efficiency.
From the 2nd minute, Antoine Semenyo set the tone by opening the scoring. Then, it took until the 32nd minute for Inaki Williams to double the lead. Five minutes later, Jordan Ayew, from the penalty spot, widened an already insurmountable gap.
