World Cup 2026 Qualifiers: Chad's provisional squad against Ghana and Comoros

On the evening of Wednesday, March 5, 2025, coach Tahir Zakaria Gardia announced the provisional squad for Chad's national team for the 5th and 6th rounds of the 2026 World Cup qualifiers.

The Sao of Chad are gearing up to face the Black Stars of Ghana and the Coelacanths of Comoros in the upcoming qualification matches for the 2026 World Cup. Before revealing his final list, coach Tahir Zakaria has initially selected 30 local players. These players will undergo a training camp for a few days to prepare for these two matches.

The Sao selected from Chad after the preparatory camp will face Ghana on March 21 at the Accra Sports Stadium before taking on Comoros on March 25 in Morocco.
