Xande Silva officially joins Iraklis
Iraklis have secured a new attacking reinforcement. The Greek club have officially announced the arrival of Xande Silva, whose full name is Alexandre Nascimento da Costa Silva. Aged 29, the winger joins from Hapoel Tel Aviv and has signed a contract valid until June 30, 2027.
A winger capable of playing on either flank
Primarily deployed on the left, Xande Silva can also play on the right, giving his new coach more options in attack. The player already has significant experience in European and North American football.
His professional career began at Vitória Guimarães, before spells notably with West Ham United, Nottingham Forest and Dijon. He also played in Major League Soccer with Atlanta United and St. Louis City, allowing him to play in different environments throughout his career.
Iraklis banking on his experience
His arrival is expected to provide Iraklis with a new attacking option. Thanks to his versatility on the wings and his experience in several leagues, Silva has a profile that will allow the Greek club to diversify its options in attack.
