Argentina head coach Lionel Scaloni has voiced his confusion over the scheduled kickoff time for the Argentina vs. Cape Verde match, highlighting the intense heat expected at 6 p.m. for this round of 16 showdown.

Lionel Scaloni expressed his regret that the match between Argentina and Cape Verde is set for 6 p.m., with weather conditions expected to be especially challenging.

"We are going to play against Cape Verde at 6 p.m., in very intense heat. There’s 70% humidity. I don’t understand why such a time was chosen. But the conditions will be the same for everyone. We are not going to complain," he said.

Despite this criticism, the coach was quick to put things in perspective, reminding everyone that both teams will have to cope with the same conditions. Argentina will need to deal with the sweltering heat and high humidity as they fight for a place in the quarter-finals.
