Well-respected football insider Ekrem Konur has revealed via his X account that representatives from Italian giants Juventus have recently held meetings with the agents of Alexander Sørloth. The 30-year-old Norwegian striker is currently under contract with Atlético Madrid.

The Turin-based club, often referred to as the "Old Lady," have been pursuing the forward for quite some time. As things stand, sources suggest the chances of the transfer going through are now considered to be very high.

Sørloth has had a productive season with the "Colchoneros," featuring in 54 matches across all competitions. During that time, he has found the net 20 times and provided one assist. His current deal with the Spanish side runs until 2028, while the transfer platform Transfermarkt currently places his market value at around €20 million.
