Algeria U20: Razik Nedder leaves his post as head coach!

Razik Nedder is no longer the head coach of Algeria's U20 team. The Franco-Algerian tactician is joining Le Havre AC as an assistant, according to information from Nabil Djellit.

Appointed in April 2025 to oversee all of Algeria's youth national teams, Razik Nedder has now stepped down, as revealed by journalist Nabil Djellit. His departure comes just two months before the UNAF tournament, which serves as a qualifier for the 2027 U20 Africa Cup of Nations, and the Algerian Football Federation has yet to comment on the matter or announce a successor.

The 39-year-old coach, who spent fourteen seasons at Saint-Étienne and notably won the Gambardella Cup in 2019, is now making the move to Le Havre AC. He thus becomes the only Algerian coach working at this level in a major European league.
