Algerian talent signs first professional contract with OM (official)
Olympique de Marseille officially announced on Thursday, July 9, that Algerian defender Kelyann Bezahaf has signed his first professional contract. The 19-year-old is now tied to the Phocaean club until June 2028.
Having joined OM's youth academy in 2017, Bezahaf climbed every step of his development before lifting the Gambardella Cup in 2024, France's premier youth football competition.
Regarded as one of Marseille's brightest prospects, the right-back has also participated in several training sessions with the first team and has been called up to the senior squad on multiple occasions.

The young defender's statistics highlight his steady progression in Marseille colors. With the U19s, he's played 52 matches, netted five goals, and provided one assist.
He also featured in 22 matches for the reserve team, scored once, and participated in seven UEFA Youth League games.
Born on May 16, 2006 in Martigues, Kelyann Bezahaf has chosen to represent Algeria internationally since 2021. Since then, he has donned the Fennecs' jersey for various youth national teams.
