FC Nantes has handed its Senegalese prodigy Bahmed Deuff his first professional contract.

The young midfielder will be tied to the Canaries until 2029, with his contract officially kicking in from 2026.

• Born in Nouakchott to Senegalese parents, he is eligible to represent three national teams: France, Mauritania, and Senegal.
• He featured in 45 matches across all competitions last season, notching up 2 goals.
• He has yet to be evaluated by transfermarkt, the leading football financial analytics website.
