Barcelona: Hansi Flick named LaLiga Coach of the Month.

Hansi Flick has the Barcelona machine running at full throttle, and the records are tumbling as a result. The Catalan giants have swept aside every opponent they have faced in the 2026/27 campaign so far, chalking up eight wins from eight across all competitions — a flawless run that includes a perfect seven from seven in La Liga.

That remarkable form has earned the German coach the La Liga Coach of the Month prize for September.

Looking back at the month, Barça were simply unstoppable. They opened with a commanding 5-0 demolition of Valencia, then followed it up with a 4-2 win over Levante. Next came their most emphatic result of the season — a 7-2 thrashing of newly-promoted Racing Santander — before they rounded things off with a 3-1 victory at the expense of Sevilla.

Flick's work has clearly taken Barcelona up another notch, building on the momentum of his previous two seasons in charge. His reward is the September accolade, seeing off competition from Atletico Madrid's Diego Simeone and Manuel Pellegrini of Real Betis.
