Saudi giants Al Hilal are stepping up their chase for Barcelona winger Raphinha , with the club reportedly ready to hand the Brazilian an eye-watering contract that could shatter existing wage records. The details come via Catalan newspaper Sport.

According to the report, the Riyadh-based outfit is determined to make the 28‑year‑old the best‑paid footballer on the planet, with negotiators said to have been given the green light to offer a virtually uncapped salary to tempt him away from Europe.
