CAN 2025: CAS issues denial

In recent hours, the Court of Arbitration for Sport has put an end to the many rumors that have been circulating for days on social networks.

According to information relayed by RTS Senegal, CAS has officially denied having issued a decision in favor of Senegal regarding the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations final against Morocco. The authority even emphasized that the proceedings are still ongoing and that no verdict has yet been delivered.

This announcement puts to rest the fake statements and the numerous rumors that spread throughout the weekend. CAS therefore urges the public not to trust unofficial documents circulating online and confirms that the case is still in progress.
