Comoros: Sadio Demba joins the technical staff of the Coelacanths

A new challenge begins for Sadio Demba. The Belgian-Senegalese coach has been appointed as assistant coach of the Comoros national team.

He joins the technical staff of Hubert Velud, who took charge of the Coelacanths last March, succeeding Stefano Cusin. The former captain of Jeanne d'Arc Dakar brings a rich résumé; in Belgium, he managed Charleroi, Antwerp, Tubize, and White Star Brussels. He also worked in Saudi Arabia with Ohod and Al-Orobah.

Sadio Demba arrives at a pivotal moment, as Comoros prepare to launch their next campaign in the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers this September.
