A return of the Ivorian international forward Wilfried Zaha to Crystal Palace, three years after his departure?

According to TEAMtalk, the Eagles are seriously considering the possibility of bringing back their former striker, now 33 years old. The Ivorian is a free agent after leaving Charlotte FC. Wilfried Zaha has actually been training for several weeks at Copers Cope, Palace’s training center, and is even accompanied by his personal fitness coach.

The Ivorian striker is reportedly open to a return and is even willing to make financial concessions to help make the move happen. Such a transfer would undoubtedly carry special significance at Selhurst Park. A product of Crystal Palace, Wilfried Zaha has already had two spells at the club, racking up 458 appearances and 90 goals for the Eagles, becoming one of their iconic figures.

His second spell ended in 2023 before his move to Galatasaray. For now, no final decision has been made by Crystal Palace, who continue to weigh their options.
