FC Barcelona: Hansi Flick keeps future of Jules Koundé in doubt

There are now just ten days left until the transfer market closes, but uncertainty still surrounds the future of Jules Koundé at FC Barcelona. Although the French defender has just been moved to centre-back following Ronald Araujo's departure, his status as an untouchable player has been shattered. This comes after a challenging season and, above all, intense interest from several major European clubs.

Speaking to reporters at a press conference this Saturday ahead of the trip to Elche, Hansi Flick refused to rule out the possibility of selling the French international. "On this matter, we're making a lot of changes. We have to wait until the end of the transfer window... These situations happen when you want to strengthen the squad. I've been clear with the player, now we just have to wait." he explained.
