FC Barcelona: Joan Laporta provides an update on his health

The president of FC Barcelona, Joan Laporta, was hospitalized this Tuesday due to a cardiac arrhythmia.

Just hours later, the news turned out to be very positive. On his social media, the Blaugrana chief shared reassuring updates about his health.

"Everything went well!!! They managed to correct my arrhythmia!!! My heart is beating in rhythm again!!!! I am deeply grateful to the amazing doctors, nurses, and all the medical staff at the Barcelona Hospital, led by Dr. Jordi Morillas. They did an outstanding job," wrote the 64-year-old businessman.

For now, however, Joan Laporta has not been cleared to travel with the squad for their training camp in England this week.
