Fikayo Tomori wants an experience other than AC Milan!

Fikayo Tomori's time at AC Milan appears to be heading toward an unclear ending. Word from La Gazzetta dello Sport suggests that the English defender, who has Nigerian roots, is not expected to sign a new deal with the Lombardy club. He joined Milan back in 2021 from Chelsea, and his current contract with the Rossoneri runs through June 2027.

Now 28, Tomori is going through a tough spell in Lombardy. Having been left out of the squad during the summer, the centre-back was eventually brought back into the fold by Milan's coaching staff. Even so, his minutes on the pitch have been few and far between — he has yet to play a single minute this season.

Even AC Milan wants change

That kind of situation could lead all involved to consider parting ways before his contract expires. A move as early as the next winter transfer window is on the table, particularly if a suitable offer comes along.

AC Milan, for their part, seem to be looking ahead and planning for the future of their backline, while also trying to trim down their wage bill. Letting Tomori go would give the club a chance to bring in a transfer fee as well, especially since his deal still runs until June 2027. According to Ekrem Konur, Juventus have shown interest in the defender, whose market value is estimated at around 10 million euros.
