Florentino Pérez and Real Madrid set a new record
Under the leadership of president Florentino Pérez, Real Madrid continues to showcase impressive financial power.
According to AS, Real Madrid closed the 2025-2026 season with a record operational revenue of €1.221 billion. Marketing and sponsorship deals brought in €539 million, marking a 6% increase compared to the previous season. It should be noted that the new Santiago Bernabéu has also become a major revenue stream. Its operations alone generated €363 million, an 11% rise. Net profit reached €26.3 million, up from €24.3 million the previous year.
This growth is driven by the use of the Santiago Bernabéu outside of matchdays, with the organization of events and the expansion of commercial and VIP areas. On another front, Real Madrid also relies heavily on its major partners.

The partnership with Emirates has been extended until 2031, while the Adidas deal runs through 2034. These two agreements could reportedly reach €100 million and €120 million per year, respectively, though these figures have not been made official. This financial strength allows Los Blancos to remain highly active in the transfer market.
