Italy: Ivan Jurić officially leaves Atalanta

Atalanta officially announced this Friday the mutual termination of coach Ivan Jurić's contract, paving the way for the next chapter of his managerial career in Serie A.

Dismissed during the 2025-2026 season but still contractually tied to the Bergamo club due to the lack of a prior agreement with another team, the Croatian manager has now reached a solution with Atalanta's management to end his commitment. This separation now allows Jurić to finalize his move to AC Monza, recently promoted to Serie A.

In an official statement, Atalanta confirmed the deal:

"Atalanta BC announces that it has formalized a mutual termination agreement with coach Ivan Jurić. The club wishes the coach all the best for the rest of his career, both professionally and personally."

Towards a contract with AC Monza

According to sources close to the deal, everything is now in place for the coach to sign with Monza, where he is expected to be quickly unveiled as the new manager of the Lombard club's sporting project.

This arrival marks a turning point for Monza, who continue to build their presence in Serie A with the ambition of establishing themselves firmly in the top flight of Italian football.
